Built by a working musician.

GigLedgerPro wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built in studios, on tour buses, and between sessions - by someone who needed it - me!

The problem was personal.

I'm a freelance musician. I've played on records, toured with artists, scored films, taught lessons and done everything in between. I've tried every bookeeping/accounting app on the market and nothing ever really seemed to fit my needs.

Accounting software built for retail was overkill. Spreadsheets were cumbersome and eventually abandoned. Notes in my phone got burried. Invoicing felt like a second job.

The worst part? The money I left on the table. Sessions I delivered but never invoiced. The last minute remote-record I did before leaving town and completely forgot about. Broken communication between the artist and the business manager. It's all to easy for things to fall through the cracks.

So I built something different.

Gig Ledger Pro is the app I wanted to exist. Simple. Fast. Built around how musicians actually work.

Three statuses: Open, Delivered, Paid. That's it. When you look at your dashboard, you know exactly what's happening. The red number is money out there waiting. Follow up before it slips away.

Invoice in seconds. See what you charged that client last time. Set goals and watch your progress. Pull up those charts from last year's holiday show. All without leaving the app.

For musicians, by a musician.

This isn't a generic freelancer tool with a music skin. Every feature was designed around real problems I faced as a working musician. How much money do I have on the horizon? How much is owed to me right now? How much should I set aside for taxes? No complicated spreadsheet formulas. No complicated invoicing flows.

If you're a musician who wants to remove the friction of bookeeping , GigLedgerPro is for you.
